SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY TIMES

• PORTUGAL MAINLAND: All shipments will be handled by a partnered courier within 48 business hours from the moment the order is finalized (up to 2 days).
  Cost: 3.50 Euros.

• PORTUGAL ISLANDS: Shipments via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) will take up to 5 business days after the order is processed (up to 2 days).
  Cost: 3.50 Euros.

• SPAIN: Delivery within up to 5 business days after the order is processed (up to 2 days).
  Cost: 5.50 Euros.

• REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION: Delivery within up to 7 business days after the order is processed (up to 2 days).
  Cost: 8.50 Euros.

• REST OF THE WORLD: Delivery times vary depending on the origin of the order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, which we are not responsible for.

For orders within Portugal mainland, an email with tracking information will be sent for shipment tracking.

For other shipments, you can track your order on the CTT website at cttexpresso.pt.

During peak periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas), we reserve the right to adjust the estimated delivery times. In case of delays, we will send an email to the customer informing them of the new delivery time.
