Terms and conditions



According to Portuguese legislation, all items have a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover natural oxidation of silver or loss of gold plating due to lack of care and improper use (e.g., exposure to creams, perfumes, hand sanitizers, pool or sea water, etc.).

The warranty also does not cover changes in color due to the natural pH of each individual's skin, passage of time, loss of pieces, stones, or theft.


Within a maximum period of 14 days, you can exchange for another item of equal or higher value, upon presentation of proof of purchase. Exchanges are only approved for unused items in their original packaging.

In this case, please contact us via email at project.krua@gmail.com indicating which item you wish to exchange and provide details of the item you intend to return, along with the proof of payment.

Returns are not accepted.

If the exchange is due to defects in the items or our mistake, Krua Jewellery assumes responsibility for the costs associated with the process.


The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days after the purchase of the item.

The decision to withdraw should be communicated via email to project.krua@gmail.com, including the buyer's details.


Available payment methods include:

  • Credit card via the website (MasterCard, American Express, and Visa).
  • Bank transfer and MBWAY (for orders via email or Instagram).
  • Paypal
  • Revolut

Items are officially reserved for the buyer upon receipt of payment and proof thereof.


MAINLAND PORTUGAL: All shipments will be handled by a partner courier within 48 business hours after the order is finalized (up to 2 days). Cost: 3.50 Euros.

PORTUGUESE ISLANDS: Up to 5 business days after order processing (up to 2 days). Cost: 3.50 Euros.

SPAIN: Up to 5 business days after order processing (up to 2 days). Cost: 5.50 Euros.

REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION: Up to 7 business days after order processing (up to 2 days). Cost: 8.50 Euros.

REST OF THE WORLD: Shipping times vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs duties for which we are not responsible.

For orders within Mainland Portugal, a tracking email will be sent.

For other shipments, you can track your order via the CTT website cttexpresso.pt.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), we reserve the right to adjust the estimated delivery time. In case of delays, we will send an email to the customer with a new estimated delivery time.
